Our Services

On average a timber frame build is 30% quicker than a traditional brick and mortar build. Brick and mortar builds are also at the mercy of our unreliable British weather, potentially causing expensive delays. Our timber frames can be manufactured on site in any weather, causing less delays and allow your dream home to be habitable quicker.

The bespoke construction and installation on site results in less inaccuracies compared to off-site construction where errors could be made due to true onsite measurements not consolidating with drawings.
On-site construction means we can work with you to provide you the full flexibility to make any last minute alterations and overcome any unforeseen construction issues or changes.

Overall, the quicker your timber frame goes up, the sooner it can become water tight and internal works can begin. Once your roof, windows and doors are in work can begin on the first and second fix plumbing and electrics, plaster boarding, plastering and decorating.

This is significantly quicker than a brick and mortar build with the added advantage of being more energy efficient! Therefore, the reality of living in your self build will become achievable much sooner at a much cheaper cost than a traditional brick and block build.

With every housing development, big or small, speed, cost and quality are of the essence.

Your timber frame housing development can be complete 30% quicker than the average brick and mortar development, at a fraction of the cost too whilst maintaining a high quality, durable build.

In todays market the average cost of brick and mortar is far more expensive than timber frame, not to mention the extensive labour which comes with it. A timber frame build not only cuts down your material costs but your labour costs too, saving you time and money.

All of our timber frames are manufactured onsite meaning a bespoke service at a competitive price. This allows the team to address any unforeseen problems as they arise, nip them in the bud and not slow the entire build down, especially if the unforeseen problem occurs on every plot.

Timber frame construction is a much greener option of construction for any development with all of our timber sourced from sustainable sources and PEFC or FSC certified. Less lorry loads are required to deliver your timber to site due to it’s light weight, saving you carrier charges and timber waste can mostly be recycled across the site.

Costs are cut further as timber is a natural insulator and the frame allows more space for insulation than a brick build leading to less energy required to heat or cool the home, a top selling point!

Timber frame is safe to erect in any weather which means your houses can be in the dry quicker and internal works can begin sooner.

The quicker other contractors can finish their work, the quicker your builds are complete and the sooner you can sell, settle any finance arrangement and recoup your costs.

Timber frame is suitable for virtually any type of house extension in the UK, whether single storey or two-storey.

The main benefits of a timber frame extension are reduced costs, a quicker and greener build and flexibility in design.

Whether you opt to remain at home or move out during your extension build, speed remains an important factor so you can enjoy your home again as soon as possible. The average timber frame extension is built 30% faster than the average brick and mortar extension, meaning your extension will be in the dry quicker and other trades can commence their work quicker.

All of our timber frames are built on-site which has the added advantage of making any last minute changes (subject to planning and building regulations) leading to less disappointment and decreased costs compared to if your timber frame was manufactured off site.

Timber frame can be constructed in virtually any weather and maintain it’s durability so the unreliability of the British weather will not slow your extension down.
Once your extension is complete you will notice the thermal properties of the timber and the space for extra insulation within the frame will greatly reduce your energy bills compared to a brick extension!
